Continued new business gains at Kadoro Events
The Kadoro Events philosophy of ‘never waste a good crisis’ has paid off for the growth-minded events and brand activation company.
Managing director and owner Amanda Rogaly reports that new business gains have continued into the fourth quarter to deliver total year-on-year fee income growth of 22.8%.
Contracts for end-of-year functions have been secured with:
- Tolcon
- TomTom
- Incredible Connection
- Technicrete (formerly Concor)for the second successive year, and;
- The Adobe Eagle Awards (growing existing business with a longstanding client).
Earlier in the year, Kadoro also announced a spate of account gains, taking on new work for Ogilvy Cape Town and Reckitt Benckiser, among others.
Amanda Rogaly commented: “We set testing growth targets for the year as a positive attitude is more important than ever when trading conditions become challenging. Our service-led strategy and our positioning as the solution-finding partners of our clients contributed to sustained growth throughout the year.
“Kadoro has a strong industry profile, but it’s interesting that all new business gains were the result of word-of-mouth recommendations from past or current clients. This confirms our view that refusal to compromise on quality, a strong service ethic and total professionalism underpin long-term growth.”
The company has taken on additional year-end staff to deal with increasing workflows.
• Kadoro’s growing industry stature was confirmed in the last quarter of the year when Amanda became a regular columnist for the event industry electronic publication, eVentage.
